Announcing an opportunity to stay and paint at the historic Mabel Dodge Luhan House in the heart of Old Town Taos, New Mexico, during one of the best times of the year. Three days: August 26, 27 and 28, 2015. Optional pre-workshop session on Tuesday August 25: “Southwest Secrets”, including color selection (with recipes and sample cards), mastering adobe, desert skies, capturing desert plants, and taking on rocks. All media welcome. 3 day workshop $400. 1 day pre-workshop session $95. Rooms blocked out at the Mabel Dodge Luhan House have a private bath – single or double occupancy starting at $116, including breakfast.
